What is Interchange?
Unlike a traditional trade show, Interchange is an industry-only event designed to facilitate business. For two days, vendors will have an opportunity to meet face-to-face with buyers in a comfortable private setting.
How is it structured?
Buyers are brought to a central location, and vendors then have a series of meetings with them (Think “speed dating” for salespeople). The day starts with a complimentary breakfast. Meetings are 20-minutes with ten-minute breaks between. A complimentary lunch is served at noon and lasts an hour. Afternoon meetings start after lunch and go until 5.
How many meetings will I get as a vendor?
We guarantee at least 20 one-on-one meetings for each vendor.
Why attend?
The marijuana industry is extremely inefficient: Laws prohibiting the mailing or shipping of marijuana, and the distance between retail locations means that potential vendors spend a lot of time and energy driving to sales calls. Interchange is about efficiency. In two days a vendor can meet and “pitch” up to 24 individual retailers.
Retailers save time by prescheduling vendor meetings with curated vendors and seeing the latest product offerings in the industry in just two days.
How do I meet with a specific buyer?
Each vendor will be given a meeting schedule. If you have a specific buyer or retailer you want to meet with, put it on your “wish list”. We try to ensure you get the meetings you want. Those who register first will have the first choice on timing and meetings.

Can we bring samples?
Yes, but you need to comply with state regulatory rules. If you have any questions regarding samples and compliance, contact your Interchange representative or email interchange@marijuanaventure.com.
How much does it cost?
The event is free for retail stores and their buyers. Vendors pay $3500 for the two-day event.
Are there sponsorship packages for non-vendors?
We allow a limited number of non-vendors to sponsor the event. Let us know if you’re interested in a sponsorship package.
Can I do a display table?
Yes, we have several display tables available. Space is limited, so reserve your table early.
